10th Annual Orange and Blue (9/21/25)

Another great outing for OFA fencers!!!  Fifteen OFA fencers participated in 10^th Annual Orange and Blue fencing tournament at University of Florida.  We earned total of 8 medals in this tournament including one 1^st place, one 2^nd place and three 3^rd place medals.  And earning two new ratings.   Our younger fencers showed great improvements.  Joanna won 5 pools bouts in Div 2 and Campbel won his first DE win.

It was nice seeing our alumni Eshaar (sophomore at UF) and Michael (UF Medical School) at the event.

Mixed Div 1A

2^nd place: Annan

3^rd place: Daniel

3^rd place: Kasey

Mixed Div 2

1^st place: Kasey

3^rd place: Tomas

5^th place: Annan

7^th place: Eshaar

8^th place: Dr. Baber

And Shaheer “Mushroom” got his E rating by placing 10^th in Mixed Div 1A and Kasey getting his C rating by placing 3^rd in Mixed Div 1A.

Great job everyone!!  Our next tournament is USF 13th Annual Oktoberfence at USF on Oct 5^th.
